Fixes for the most common problems

The app will not connect

Update to the latest client, switch to a different node and confirm that the system proxy is enabled on Windows and macOS.

Speeds feel slow

Try another node in a nearby region. Node load, your carrier and the destination service all affect speed.

A platform will not load

Every platform sets its own regional and account rules. Pick a supported region and follow the platform’s terms.

Sign-in problems

Check your email and password, then use the account page to change your password if you suspect a problem.

Device limit reached

Disconnect a device you are not using and try again; your plan sets how many can connect at once.

Still stuck?

Contact support with your device, the node and the exact error. Never send passwords, verification codes or a complete subscription link.

Common questions

Help center FAQ

Answers to the questions our support team sees most.

I installed the app but cannot connect. What should I try first?

Update to the latest client, pick a different node and make sure the system proxy is enabled on Windows and macOS. If it still fails, note the device, the node and the exact error before contacting support.

Why does a streaming site or AI tool still not load?

Platforms apply their own regional and account rules. Choose a node in a region the service supports, follow the platform’s terms and remember that availability can change when a platform updates its policy.

Where do I find installation guides for my device?

Right on this page. Scroll to the setup guides for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS or Linux, or open the downloads page to grab the installer first.

What should I never send to support?

Never share your password, verification codes or a complete subscription link. Support only needs the platform you are using, the node you selected and the error message.

How do I delete my account or change my password?

Both are handled from your account page. Deleting an account is processed on a schedule rather than instantly, and legally required records may be kept for a limited time; the privacy policy explains the details.
