Welcome to SakuraCat (the “Service”, “we” or “SakuraCat”).
These Terms apply to access, purchase and use of SakuraCat websites, clients, subscription plans, nodes and related features. Registering, purchasing a plan, importing a subscription or using the Service means you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any provision, do not register, purchase or use the Service.
1. The Service
- SakuraCat provides network connection, relay and acceleration services to improve international access and data transfer.
- The Service may use Trojan, Shadowsocks, V2Ray, VLESS or other encrypted protocols. Support may change with clients, nodes and technical upgrades.
- SakuraCat provides neutral network transport and technical services only. It does not create, control or take responsibility for third-party sites, apps or content users access.
- Use is permitted only within applicable law. The Service must not be used for unlawful acts, infringement, fraud or threats to network security.
- Because network policies, carrier restrictions and platform rules differ by region, SakuraCat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to, or unlocking of, every website, app, streaming service, AI service or other platform.
- Platforms may restrict service using IPs, device location, account region, payment method or other data. Their verification, regional restrictions, bans and other measures are outside SakuraCat's control.
2. Eligibility and account use
- Users must have the legal capacity appropriate to registration, purchase and use.
- Minors should use the Service only after a parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms. Guardians should reasonably supervise account use, payments and related conduct.
- SakuraCat does not generally limit each user to one account. Multiple accounts are allowed for reasonable personal needs, but must not be used to:
- Repeatedly claim new-user discounts, free data or promotional rewards;
- Fabricate referrals or obtain commissions or rebates improperly;
- Evade connection limits, bans or security controls;
- Commit abusive refunds, chargebacks, fraud or other misuse;
- Disrupt operations or harm other users' rights.
- You may use an account on your own devices and share it with family, a partner or friends within reasonable, private, noncommercial limits.
- Concurrent devices, source IP counts and other limits follow the plan, account page or relevant guide. New connections may be temporarily refused if limits are exceeded.
- The following are not permitted private sharing:
- Publishing accounts, passwords or subscription URLs in public groups, forums, websites or social platforms;
- Mass distribution of accounts or subscription URLs to unspecified people;
- Renting, selling or reselling SakuraCat accounts for payment;
- Repackaging personal plans as commercial services;
- Using SakuraCat nodes to create public proxies, secondary proxies or resale services.
- Subscription URLs may contain account-linked credentials. Protect them like passwords; do not publish or casually forward them.
- Protect passwords, verification codes and device permissions. If your account is compromised, a subscription URL leaks or connections look unusual, change your password immediately and contact SakuraCat support.
- Users bear corresponding responsibility for data consumption, account issues or losses caused by their disclosure, public URL sharing or lack of reasonable safeguards, except losses directly caused by SakuraCat system-security failures.
3. Subscriptions, data and orders
- Plans may use recurring-period, usage-based, one-time or other billing. Prices, duration, allowance, route access and device limits are those on the order confirmation before payment.
- Duration and data are calculated from the time stated on the order. Unused time or data does not automatically roll over after expiry unless the plan says otherwise.
- Confirm the plan, period, data and supported devices before payment. Service performance begins once payment and activation succeed.
- SakuraCat does not enable auto-renewal without explicit authorization. If you choose it, manage or cancel it as explained on your account page.
- Coupons, free data or time, commissions and promotional rewards are generally not redeemable for cash. See the promotion or account page for details.
- For plan changes, renewals or remaining-value credits, the calculation on the order confirmation applies.
4. Prohibited conduct
The Service must not be used for activities including, but not limited to:
- Violations of laws applicable where the user, provider or activity is located;
- Network attacks, DDoS, port or vulnerability scanning, brute force, credential stuffing or unauthorized system access or intrusion;
- Creating, distributing or running viruses, Trojans, ransomware, malicious scripts, botnets or other malware;
- Scams, money laundering, theft, illegal gambling, pyramid schemes, illicit trading, false payments or other fraud;
- Spam, malicious texts, harassment, mass automated registrations, scraping or abuse of third-party APIs;
- Accessing, distributing, storing or forwarding content expressly prohibited by law, including child sexual exploitation, terrorism, incitement to violence or other seriously unlawful content;
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, privacy, trade secrets or other lawful rights;
- Resource-intensive BT/P2P downloads, mining, mining-pool connections or other high-load activity affecting node operations;
- Bypassing plan limits, metering, device limits, verification or risk controls;
- Reselling, creating public proxies, providing commercial relay or supplying nodes to unspecified people without SakuraCat's written permission;
- Otherwise interfering with SakuraCat systems, nodes, websites, clients or other users.
5. Restrictions and enforcement
- To protect nodes, stability and other users, SakuraCat may restrict high-risk destinations, unusual ports, malicious protocols or connections clearly violating these Terms.
- Depending on severity and frequency, SakuraCat may take one or more of these measures:
- Block particular servers, ports or protocols;
- Reduce speed or concurrent connections;
- Temporarily disconnect or suspend an account;
- Require security verification;
- Reset subscription URLs or credentials;
- Terminate a plan and close an account;
- Retain necessary incident records;
- Cooperate with authorities under valid lawful requests.
- For ordinary, low-risk or possibly accidental issues, SakuraCat generally prioritizes access restrictions, temporary suspension or security notices.
- For attacks, fraud, malicious resale, public subscription sharing, serious abuse or repeated violations, SakuraCat may immediately suspend or terminate service, without prior notice in security emergencies.
- Accounts terminated for serious violations generally receive no refund or compensation, except where mandatory law requires it.
- If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support with relevant information for review.
6. Privacy and data processing
- SakuraCat respects privacy and processes personal information under applicable data-protection law and its Privacy Policy.
- For registration, orders, payments, support and account management, we may process:
- Email, account number and authentication information;
- Orders, payment status, plans and balances;
- Support communications, tickets and complaints;
- Device or fault information submitted by users.
- To operate securely and prevent abuse, the system may process necessary technical data, including:
- Login and connection times;
- Source IPs, traffic usage and connection status;
- Client versions, device types and error logs;
- Unusual connections, security incidents and risk signals;
- Destination IPs, domains or ports necessary during troubleshooting or security incidents.
- SakuraCat does not use ordinary users' normal browsing content for advertising profiles or collect data to sell browsing records.
- When attacks, fraud, public resale, malicious abuse or repeated restricted-resource access are detected, we may retain necessary incident-related records.
- Third-party providers may process limited data for payments, email notices, hosting, fault analysis, support or other necessary functions. We require reasonable confidentiality and security measures.
- We may lawfully retain or provide necessary information in response to valid requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement or other competent authorities.
- See SakuraCat's Privacy Policy for data types, purposes, retention, rights and contact details.
7. Changes and availability
- We work to maintain stability, but do not guarantee service without interruption, latency or errors at all times, places, devices or networks.
- Interruptions, slower speeds or unavailable features may result from:
- Server maintenance, upgrades or faults;
- Carrier instability or international congestion;
- Platforms restricting node IPs;
- Third-party access-rule changes;
- Network blocking, regulation or policy changes;
- Disasters, war, attacks or other force majeure;
- Users' devices, networks, software or configuration.
- Nodes, routes, protocols, client features and plans may change for security, technical, cost or operational reasons.
- We may substitute services with similar function or value when changing nodes or routes. No specific IP, city, carrier or platform-unlocking status is guaranteed permanent.
- Where reasonably practicable, we give advance notice of planned maintenance or major changes through the website, account page, client or another suitable channel.
8. Refunds and compensation
- This digital network service begins on activation. Once activated or used, unconditional refunds for personal reasons are generally unavailable.
- The following generally do not justify refunds:
- Difficulty configuring a client or not following guides;
- Issues with the user's device, OS, local network or carrier;
- Temporary unavailability of an individual node, region, site or app;
- Platforms changing regional, security or account policies;
- Not checking plan duration, data or device requirements before purchase;
- Choosing to stop use while the plan remains functional.
- Contact support to investigate duplicate charges, orders not activated, clearly incorrect amounts or other payment problems.
- For prolonged, widespread disruption caused by system faults within our control, we may offer time extensions, additional data, account credit or other reasonable compensation based on impact.
- Compensation does not automatically mean a cash refund unless mandatory law or SakuraCat's explicit agreement says otherwise.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for serious violations, abusive refunds, chargebacks, fraud or misuse receive no refund or compensation, except as required by mandatory law.
9. Intellectual property
- Rights in SakuraCat websites, clients, branding, logos, interfaces, guides, text, images and related technical content belong to SakuraCat or the respective owners.
- Without permission, users must not copy, modify, decompile, sell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit SakuraCat clients, website content or brand assets.
- Third-party marks and product or website names belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply partnership, authorization or endorsement by or with SakuraCat.
10. Disclaimers and liability limits
- When visiting third-party sites, downloading files, signing into external accounts or transacting online, users must assess content and transaction safety themselves.
- SakuraCat gives no guarantees about third-party sites, apps, goods, services, information accuracy, account security or transaction results.
- Users should back up important data. SakuraCat is not responsible for losses from third-party interruptions, account bans, lost content or users' own actions.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, SakuraCat is not liable for indirect loss, lost expected profits, business interruption or losses caused by third parties.
- Where liability cannot be fully excluded, total liability for one event or related events is generally capped at the amount actually paid for the affected service in the six months before the event.
- These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law makes non-excludable or non-limitable.
11. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time, but this does not automatically refund an unexpired plan.
- Service may stop upon plan expiry, data exhaustion, payment failure or account deletion.
- We may suspend or terminate some or all services for violations, security risks or conduct that may expose SakuraCat to legal liability.
- After termination, necessary records may remain for order reconciliation, disputes, legal duties or security incidents.
12. Changes to the Terms
- SakuraCat may update these Terms for legal, technical, service or operational reasons.
- For changes materially affecting users' rights, we will endeavor to give advance notice through the website, account page, client or another reasonable channel.
- Revised Terms apply from the published effective date.
- If you disagree, stop using the Service before the new Terms take effect. Continued use after that date is treated as acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
- Formation, interpretation and application of these Terms follow the law where SakuraCat's actual service provider is registered.
- This choice does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of the user's location.
- Disputes should first be addressed amicably through SakuraCat support.
- If unresolved, either party may sue in a competent court where the provider is registered, except where mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules apply.
14. Contact
