1. About the service
SakuraCat provides VPN, relay and network acceleration services that help members reach international websites and applications more reliably.
The service may run on encrypted protocols such as Trojan, Shadowsocks, V2Ray or VLESS, and the supported options can change as clients, nodes and technology evolve.
We supply neutral network transport. We do not create, control or answer for the third-party sites, apps and content that members choose to visit.
Use the service lawfully. It must not be used for illegal activity, infringement, fraud or anything that threatens network security.
Network policies, carrier limits and platform rules differ from place to place, so we cannot promise uninterrupted access to, or unlocking of, every site, streaming service or AI platform. Platforms may restrict access by IP address, device location, account region, payment method or other signals, and those measures are outside our control.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You need the legal capacity to register, buy and use the service in your jurisdiction. Minors should only use it after a parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms and should be supervised on account use and payments.
We do not restrict members to one account, and several accounts are fine for reasonable personal needs. They must not be used to:
- repeatedly claim new-member discounts, free data or promotional rewards
- invent referrals or collect commissions improperly
- get around connection limits, bans or security controls
- abuse refunds or chargebacks, or commit fraud
- disrupt operations or harm other members
You may use your account on your own devices and share it privately, and without charge, with family or friends. Concurrent-device limits and other restrictions follow your plan; new connections may be refused when a limit is exceeded.
Sharing does not include posting accounts, passwords or subscription links in public places, distributing them to strangers, renting or reselling accounts, repackaging personal plans as a commercial service, or building public or secondary proxies on SakuraCat nodes.
Treat subscription links like passwords, because they can carry account credentials. Protect passwords, verification codes and device permissions, and if you suspect a leak, change your password at once and contact support. You are responsible for usage and losses caused by your own disclosure or lack of reasonable safeguards, except where our own security failure is the direct cause.
3. Subscriptions, data and orders
Plans may be billed per period, by usage, as a one-time purchase or in another form. Price, duration, allowance, route access and device limits are those shown on the order confirmation before payment.
Duration and data count from the time stated on the order. Unused time or data does not roll over after expiry unless the plan says otherwise.
Check the plan, period, data and supported devices before you pay. Service begins when payment succeeds and the plan is activated.
We never turn on auto-renewal without your explicit authorisation; if you opt in, you can manage or cancel it on your account page.
Coupons, free time or data, commissions and promotional rewards are generally not redeemable for cash. Upgrades, renewals and carried-over value follow the calculation on the order confirmation.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for activities that include, without limitation:
- breaking laws that apply where you, the provider or the activity is located
- attacks, DDoS, scanning, brute force, credential stuffing or unauthorised access
- creating, spreading or running malware, ransomware, botnets or malicious scripts
- scams, money laundering, theft, illegal gambling, pyramid schemes or payment fraud
- spam, harassment, mass automated sign-ups, scraping or abuse of third-party APIs
- accessing or distributing content that is expressly illegal, including child exploitation, terrorism or incitement to violence
- infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, trade secrets or other legal rights
- heavy BT/P2P downloading, mining or other high-load activity that affects node operation
- bypassing plan limits, metering, device limits, verification or risk controls
- reselling, running public proxies or providing commercial relays without our written permission
- interfering with SakuraCat systems, nodes, websites, clients or other members
5. Restrictions and enforcement
To protect nodes, stability and other members we may restrict high-risk destinations, unusual ports, malicious protocols or connections that clearly break these terms.
Depending on severity and frequency we may:
- block particular servers, ports or protocols
- reduce speed or concurrent connections
- temporarily disconnect or suspend an account
- ask for security verification
- reset subscription links or credentials
- end a plan and close the account
- keep records needed for an incident
- cooperate with authorities on valid legal requests
Ordinary, low-risk or possibly accidental issues usually lead to access limits, a temporary suspension or a security notice first. Attacks, fraud, malicious resale, public sharing of subscription links, serious abuse or repeated violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination, without warning where security requires it.
Accounts closed for serious violations generally receive no refund or compensation unless mandatory law says otherwise. If you think we made a mistake, contact support with the details and we will review it.
6. Privacy and data processing
We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
For registration, orders, payments, support and account management we may process your email, account number and authentication details, orders, payment status, plans and balances, support messages and tickets, and any device or fault information you submit.
To run the service securely and prevent abuse, our systems may process login and connection times, source IP addresses, traffic volume and connection status, client versions, device types, error logs, unusual connections and risk signals. Destination IPs, domains or ports may be recorded only when needed to troubleshoot a problem or investigate a security incident.
We do not use ordinary members’ browsing content for advertising profiles, and we do not collect data to sell browsing records. If attacks, fraud, public resale, malicious abuse or repeated access to restricted resources are detected, we may keep the records needed for the incident.
Trusted providers may handle limited data for payments, email delivery, hosting, fault analysis or support under confidentiality and security obligations. We may lawfully retain or disclose information when a court, regulator or other competent authority makes a valid request. The Privacy Policy lists data types, purposes, retention periods, rights and contact details.
7. Changes and availability
We work to keep the service stable but cannot promise it will be free of interruption, latency or errors at all times, in all places and on all devices or networks.
Interruptions, slowdowns or unavailable features can result from maintenance or faults, carrier instability or congestion, platforms blocking node IPs, changes to third-party access rules, network blocking or regulation, force majeure such as disasters, and your own devices, networks or settings.
Nodes, routes, protocols, client features and plans may change for security, technical, cost or operational reasons. When we replace a node or route we aim to offer something of similar function and value, but no specific IP, city, carrier or streaming-unlock status is guaranteed to last. Where practical, we announce planned maintenance and major changes on the website, in your account, in the client or through another suitable channel.
8. Refunds and compensation
This is a digital network service that starts on activation. Once a plan has been activated or used, refunds for personal reasons are generally unavailable.
The following do not normally justify a refund:
- difficulty configuring a client or not following the guides
- problems with your device, operating system, local network or carrier
- temporary unavailability of a single node, region, site or app
- platforms changing their regional, security or account policies
- not checking duration, data or device requirements before buying
- choosing to stop using a plan that still works
Contact support about duplicate charges, orders that never activated, clearly wrong amounts or other payment problems, and we will investigate. If a widespread, prolonged outage is caused by faults within our control, we may offer extra time, extra data, account credit or another reasonable remedy based on the impact. Compensation is not automatically a cash refund unless mandatory law or our explicit agreement says so.
Accounts suspended or terminated for serious violations, abusive refunds, chargebacks, fraud or misuse receive no refund or compensation, except where mandatory law requires it.
9. Intellectual property
The website, clients, branding, logos, interfaces, guides, text and images belong to SakuraCat or their respective owners. Without permission you may not copy, modify, decompile, sell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit them.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance on our pages does not imply partnership, authorisation or endorsement.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
When you visit third-party sites, download files, sign in to outside accounts or transact online, you are responsible for judging the safety of that content and those transactions. We make no promises about third-party sites, apps, goods, services, the accuracy of their information, account security or transaction results.
Back up important data. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party interruptions, account bans, lost content or your own actions.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost expected profit, business interruption or damage caused by third parties. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for one event or a series of related events is generally limited to the amount you actually paid for the affected service in the six months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, although this does not automatically refund an unexpired plan. Service may also end when a plan expires, data runs out, a payment fails or an account is deleted.
We may suspend or end some or all services because of violations, security risks or conduct that could expose SakuraCat to legal liability. After termination, necessary records may remain for order reconciliation, disputes, legal duties or security incidents.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, technical, service or operational reasons. For changes that materially affect your rights we will try to give notice in advance on the website, in your account, in the client or through another reasonable channel.
Revised terms apply from the effective date published on this page. If you disagree, stop using the service before they take effect; continuing to use it afterwards counts as acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the entity that actually provides the service is registered. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law where you live.
Please raise any dispute with support first so we can try to resolve it amicably. If that fails, either side may bring the matter before a competent court in the provider’s place of registration, except where mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules apply.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, accounts, privacy, refunds or enforcement, reach out through the help center . The provider’s name and contact details are those published on the website, the order page or the payment page.
